We specialise in business to business marketing communications.
So what makes us different to other agencies? What do we do differently to an agency that specialises in advertising to the consumer?
Well, whilst there are some similarities, there are also some subtle, yet important differences.
First up, we have an affinity with and enjoy working with technical and manufacturing based products and services. We quickly understand the unique phraseology, processes and technologies often associated with these industries. Complex technical products and services don't scare us - we enjoy it. And we're also good at translating technical copy into plain, easy to read and understand English.
We also understand our target market and some important facts.
Every great brand has a distinct personality and image - it's the powerful emotional bond that makes people associate with, and connect to a brand. It's the reason people buy one brand over another.
With consumer products this emotional aspect is often the dominant factor when purchasing a product or service. The rational aspect often comes into play after the purchase is made.
However, it's different for people responsible for business purchases who are often making decisions relating to high capital cost items - the rational aspect by virtue has to play a bigger role.
Having said that, BTB purchasers are still people. They will still base their purchase decision on both an emotional and rational level. The key, quite simply, is getting the emotional and rational balance right.
BTB creative has to be every bit as distinctive and powerful as consumer based communications - indeed, it could be argued that we have to produce creative that's even more dynamic and compelling, given the fact that we have to connect and make an impact with multiple personnel within an organisation.
We don't do clothes, corn flakes or cosmetics - but if you're a BTB marketer, we're your agency.
